James Hoffmann's Live Decaf Tasting 2024

I admit, I am a big fan of James Hoffmann, ever since YouTube showed me his Dalgona Coffee video in April of 2020. A few years ago, he decided to do a World's Largest Coffee Tasting. He worked with Cometeer Coffee to get 17,000 tasting kits - and sold out in less than 3 hours. While the tasting was a success, he knew if he were to do something similar, he'd have to go bigger. Buldak Spicy Chicken Carbonara - South Korea 4.5/5 Excellent. It has a great flavor, and a fair amount of spice. There are two packets that go into the package with the noodles. A dry powder that is the carbonara seasoning, and a sauce that is spicy. I admit, I only added about a third of the spicy sauce, as I wanted to be able to taste the flavor of the seasoning and judge the quality of the noodles. The noodles themselves are thi...
